What Are Some Good Guitar Solos to Learn on Electric Guitar?
id like to learn some more guitar solos, and im lookin for some fresh material....im really into hard rock...like AC/DC....but i like a huge variety of music and genres....im into hard rock..classic rock...acoustic a little bit....a little bit of blues stuff, not much though....im a huge fan of Stevie Ray Vaughan....and Jimi hendrix....i also like a lot of metal-ish stuff...i love Metallica and Pantera and Velvet revolver...and i like some alternative rock here and there, such as Brand New and The Fray...so if you know any good guitar solos (mainly for electric guitar) that fit into those genres then please let me know! thanks!

Prince has a lot of good guitar solos. Also Van Halen is good as well. At least that is what my boyfriend tells me. He plays electric and acoustic and that is what he is playing all the time.
Learn the end part of I Am The Resurrection by The Stone Roses. After 3:40 There is a long solo till the end. I dunno if u will like the song but I find it really fun to play.

Wow we share a lot of the same musical interests… I have been playing guitar for about three years now and my favorite solos to play are "You Shook Me All Night Long" and "Hell’s Bells" by AC/DC, "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and "Come as You Are" by Nirvana and "Cold Shot" by Stevie Ray Vaughan. Not to say that these are exactly easy but they are cool-sounding and a lot of fun to play!!!
