Just try it full speed, as sloppy as it may be, and clean it up when you practice.
much more efficient for me.

For those who don’t know, it really looks like trash but it’s a 10 Grand worth to replicate such an amazing guitar. It really sounds better than the Yngwie strat in my opinion.
As for the Herman Li Crap, I watched his video on you tube and boy he sucks hard >.< Guitar Hero dickheads were really fooled big time by Herman Li on that video. Dog shit is really cleaner than his sweeps. LOL
@yngwieisking If you were merely showcasing your chops, then yeah, no one would give a damn that you don’t use a metronome. However, you call this a lesson. You are promoting bad habits to younger and developing players. You’re a decent guitar player, but please, check your arrogance at the door because you really sound like a jackass in some of your comments.
@NHL6138 Ok man, whatever you say. Look though, it’s not my problem if some people take themselves so seriously that they can’t pick up on a bit of humour/sarcasm. Relax. Calm down. As for not using a metronome, what’s wrong with that? If you play along with a cd then it’s basically the same thing. Hendrix, Gilmour and Malmsteen(to name a few) don’t and never did sit down like robots with their metronomes.
funny how your saying Herman Li sucks but when you played the scale fast it sucked unlike when Herman does it, other than that the scale sounds cool =D

I’m just going to say this out of opinion but Herman Li does suck and is a bad guitar influence if you want to sweep pick properly then don’t watch any of his vids on it.

He is the master of arpeggios… and for Herman Lee, his music is fitting for their type of metal, some of you say he doesnt sound clean, thats becouse you dont use your ears and your brain becouse he is chinese or whatewher, youre all fucking jealus, cuz when he plays that fast theres no way that itll sound like gary moore ballad, if it wasnt clean you would hear 3 strings ringing at the same time,Im not a fan
