has anyone ever told you, you look ALOT like Marco Hietala?

  2. GuitarGnosis says:

Never, IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, has anyone, EVER, told me that!

  3. mr252307 says:

You’re kidding….. I can’t be the only one who sees this resemblance.

  4. GuitarGnosis says:

    It was sarcasm =)

Lots of people have told me. In fact, take a look at the video on my page before this one. Someone told me that just a couple days ago.

  5. mr252307 says:

wow haha. u must get that alot.

  6. yoitzrichard says:

the finger rolling part always gets me =[

  7. GuitarGnosis says:

That’s why I’ve mentioned in the past that I prefer another shape. At first it may lead someone to believe that it’s easier, because of the bar thing I mean, but it can turn sloppy really fast. I avoid it if possible just to make sure =)

what kind of action(setup) do you need to play this kind of lead or and lead at that? i have mine (epi lespaul) set low with barely any buzz off the first two frets.after the 8th fret you have to move the string quite some distance to fret anything….

  9. GuitarGnosis says:

I actually prefer to have higher action on my guitars because it allows me to play cleaner. It’s all preference.

  10. Grenendel says:

  11. GuitarGnosis says:

that`s part of the canon rock sweep O.o?

  23. ArcaneLifeforce666 says:

Im having kind of a problem and was wondering if you could offer any insight. I have similar hands to you and my main guitar is a ibanez prestige 7 string. What this means is that when i do 5 string sweeps i have a really tough time playing the 4th and 5th string part of the arp standing because my hand is so curled, even tho my guitar hangs really high.

  24. GuitarGnosis says:

@ArcaneLifeforce666 I’m not sure which 4th and 5th string you mean since you have a 7 string =)

I guess it may depend on how long you’ve been playing 7 strings. It may take your hands a while to adapt. Me though, I’ve never been a live player, just studio stuff. So I always play sitting down.

Hey man a good idea for one of your videos would be to teach spider chords
