Rocksmith Helped Me (Kinda) Learn How to Play Soundgarden’s “Outshined”!

I flubbed a little during the pre-chorus chords, and you can totally tell because a) I screw up, and b) I get a big derpy smile on my face. And there's another time where I totally forgot where I was. THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DON'T SLEEP WELL. Plus, this is really only after playing the game for about six hours. And I didn't know the song before AT ALL aside from the fact that it is played in Drop D tuning. For this video, I used an MP3 version of Soundgarden's "Outshined" to play in the background. For my actual playing, I used a Jackson RR5 (Randy Rhoads Model in black with gold accents) plugged directly into a Spider II 210 amplifier. Thanks a bunch to Scott Fry, Paul Cross, and the other wonderful people at Ubisoft for making me a believer in this game! Rocksmith will be available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on October 18th, 2011, with a PC version coming at a later date.

@AcousticFlow14 I…don’t see how this is “fake” whenever I’m the one playing guitar there. Badly, sure, but I’m still playing it.
@tylervw It’s gonna be awesome! Thanks for watching.
