Playing Electric Guitar Classical Style

What is the reason for this stereotype?
In the world of adolescents, children like to play electric guitar or drums. General girls like classical piano. When a young person learns to play the piano, usually try to play a modern style. For example, I'm a teenager I'm a pianist, but My styles are bop, hard bop and funk (my idols are Stevie Wonder, Monk and Horace Silver.) When a teenage daughter plays the piano, she hardly ever plays a modern style. I just wanted to know why? (This is a general idea, do not tell me that a friend of yours has modern music, simply ask the question)
Your choice sterotypical style. Of course, as mentioned, is not really true at all. Women love the music and the guys playing hard and playing music pretty quickly. It is also similar to the stereotyped image of girls playing with dolls and boys skate clothes and get dirty.
