New Electric Guitar…?
Ok I want to purchase a new electric guitar here soon. i have a few questions first though.
Which brand do you think is best? (not I am semi-beginner I have an acoustic now and have been playing for a while with lessons)
I don't want to spend to much because this is my first electric. What guitar would you pick if you could spending 1000$s or less?
Is it better to buy in store or online?

First of all, it is always worth to duck into a pawn shop and check out their stuff. Its guaranteed cheap and the quality should be fine.
Its always best to go to the shop and actually touch, feel and play the guitar, cos looking at a bad quality picture on the net isnt going to give you much info. also, the guitar may look different on the image.
as far as brands go, my first thoughts would be of Gibson or Fender, yet every guitar is different, for examle, my guitar that i currently have was bought at least second hand for $150 with a small amplifier from a pawn shop, its Casino brand, looks jsut like a fender, and has a perfect tone and no flaws.
so basically, jsut keep your eye out and something may catch it

I really like the Gibson Les Pauls, it has a nice sound to it… I’m not much of a guitar expert though.
ok i prefer the brand named dean but they can get pretty pricey but i also like the fenders so if ur gonna get a new electric you could try a fender stratocaster they are a nice guitar they sound good and you can get a good one for around 500 bucks or so but if i was going to get an electric right now it would have to be a shecter omen 6 or 7 but i also would not mind having a dean razorback if ur looking to buy a guitar i recomended i would say try it online but u might be able to find some nice guitars at your local music store
