   Hi Mixcraft team….pls help me, do we need good speakers or high quality headphone to record shred amp simulator? Plse ans me. Beacuse i dont have good amplifier but totally depend on shred amp. But my speakers are just low cost one which doesn’t give a bit of heavy nice guitar sound through shred amp. The recorded sound is just crapy. I hope i should go for good headphone as the studio speakers are lot more expensive than headphones. Plse guide me.

   I connect the guitar to my sound card. No hardware guitar amp to record thru microphone.

   I have a problem with my guitar-sound on Mixcraft. When I select an amp/effect with gain, it either sounds like i’m still playing on a clean channel, or there’s a very weak distortion. Any ideas that could help me with this?

    @Mud2129 If you are on a laptop, the mic in has interference from the battery, if you can find a usb cable to replace the output cable, it should work a little better.

    If you plug in two mixers to your computer, will mixcraft pick up both of them?

    i’ve gotta problem…It will allow me to use the amp’z but not customize the sound i want,meaning when i go into “fx” then put on shred amp simulator then marvel amp,then u can click edit to customize it…when i click edit it say’z,”Samplerates Greater than 48,000 Are not Supported”…i’m really confused,plz help someone…

    hey man, plz help
    im tryng to record a song… so first i recorded the backing guitar part kinda like urs.. in “audio track 1″ and it sounded perfect… after that i wanted 2 add a guitar solo on top of it… so i recorded my solo in audio track 2 but when i play it together the first track (the backing guitar part) sounds perfect but my solo sounds all scratching kinda paused or cut off.. How do i record both track smoothly??
    P.S im not using any USB cable for my guitar.(microphone recoding.)
