Hey Marty can you do one for SnowBlind and Black Sabbath(The Song)
Crappy Vibrato….Just like Tony Iommi..!
what kind of strings do you use?
why hasn’t anyone requested parts 2 and 3? whats wrong with people!!!
Guys, the vocal melody is as follows: 12 fret E string twice, 11 fret A string twice, 12 fret A string twice, 14 fret A string once, 12h14 D string.
14 fret D string 12 fret D string twice, 10 fret D string, 12 fret A string, 11 fret A string, 12 fret E string.
Your welcome.
@samnovak100 OH LORD JYEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
do one for snow blind
bro first fill is incorrect so is second
press 9 over and over and he says what you sayin haha
cool shirt! I live in anchorage, Beginning player and loving every minute of your vids…so well taught and helpful…thank you
tony plays it on the E string
did annyone else laugh at 8:39???
yeah the intro is played on the e and a strings..
PART 2 + 3 Plz tyx
teach the vocals!
Your version sounds good, but Iommi uses an open E drone to start the song and for some of the opening chord changes. Two of the fills uses open strings, not at the 12th fret position. The beginning of the solo uses an open A drone, not octaves. It sounds a little different.
marty you’re the best guitar teacher on youtube
To some people in the comments, Tony probably only plays it on the E string just because of his finger injury. I think a lot of people probably find it easier to play in the position Marty is playing in.
Correction: The solo opening is sliding up and down the A string while playing an open E drone. Thats how Iommi plays it, a unique humming sound.
@KHROMATICxKHAOS i know right!
what tune do you play this in?
@Makoman2008 marty is playing in standard (E) here. thats how it is on the record, but tony iommi started tuning down from E to C# later to ease the tension on his fingers. here is E: /watch?v=_4cx1pk0P3o
here its in C#: /watch?v=LkzHvkQdC8Q
