@xFortMinord
The frets are to help, they are there to show you where the string changes pitch when you place your fingers on them. When he says the “eighth” fret he means the eighth bar on the fingerboard. If you want a clean sound when you’re playing make sure you put your finger just before a fret instead of in between two frets or on the fret.
@Sebiesaurus98 i most definitely agree
oh shit those chords are COMPLETELY WRONG!!!
whatsup power chords, how’ve you been? haven’t seen you in a while…

@hadisidon 99 people are wrong…
I’m a beginner so sorry if I sound really dumb.. But what do you mean exactly a “power chord with root on the A string”? I searched it and got lots of weird chords. What IS a power chord? And how do you play one!?
@evilbunnyreviews Lol, i have the same problem, but when i play beginning of the offspring – you gonna go far, kid it sounds the same like in holiday…
@lunakiitty Can be played practically anywhere on the guitar. Make the rock en roll sound. So you know the brown strings?(top 3, lowest pitches) Simply 1st finger top string 1st fret. 2nd finger: second brown string 3d fret. 3rd finger: third brown string 3rd fret
what key is this song written in? and, what key does green day usually write in?
Hey! You don’t said “What’s up guys!”
Yeah he says shit instead
Cool!
What is the amp settings?
@Martyzsongs, Is it bad if i strum up instead of down? I always see guitar players strum down and bass players strum up, but if i play guitar and strum up, will it affect my playing style at all? Please Reply!!!

@mcartney8 There are different strumming patterns for different songs. If you watch his Good Riddance tutorial, the strumming pattern is DDU UDU. It kinda depends on the rhythm, the song, time signature, etc etc
