Wtf
!
u are deaf!
horrible tecnique.
technique*
pineapple i must say in this video hes not playing well, however i think he was nervous and not comfortable being filmed, as i have seen him live and he played all of these riffs with PERFECT technique
Ok ok… watch the video again, watch how this guy is holding the pick… yeah.. mmm very far from “perfect technique”
it is a very inefficient way to play, and thats why he sounds like that.
anyway, the guitar is very nice.
no pick technique is bad persay its just different than yours
Phishiz there is not only one “correct” way but if you hold the pick that way you wont have enough grip.
what i mean is that the way he is holding the pick is not good, if you get a teacher for example,he will tell you to not hold the pick that way(3:40).
you can google some info and you will see some examples of wrong ways to hold the pick. obviously is something very personal, for example marty friedman and steve morse have very peculiar ways to hold the pick and are awsome
but this guy..
his technique would be terrible for me. if i suddenly started picking that way, i’d consider wrong. however he probably feels the same way about my technique
I just got this guitar a week ago and am so happy with it. Playing it through my Randall RG amp those EMG’s are crunchy motherhephers! Sounds amazing, plays incredibly well, is extremely comfortable and just a real beautiful guitar. Surprised me big time too, out of all the guitars I was looking at I was not expecting to choose a Godin! Great guitar, love it, highly suggest trying it out if ou are looking for a new guitar and love to play metal.
I am ordering one this week, which colour did you go with? I tried one out 2 weeks ago and it was nice!!
The maple finish =)
I just purchased a Godin Redline 1 from my local music shop and I have to say that this is an amazing guitar for the money! The neck is phenomenal! It came setup with a very low action and pretty much totally straight, so it’s blazingly fast to play. Also the frets do not buzz at all! Once again, I am blown away by what you get for the price.
what is he playing at 2:20 ?
madonna
this guy used to play at our church alot but they never played like this but i really like this guitar
one of outrun the guns songs not sure which one
gotta love godin.
Do you think that adding a FR trem bridge to a Redline 1 would need luthier expertise?
It looks like the back of the bridge it’s not carved. Correct me if I’m wrong.
What is the song at 2:19 ? Great playing, great review, thanx
Lee, this is a very good video…that is, a proper blend of information and demo of the instrument.
Your metal chops sound really fine (just like “the hair farmer heavies’ do”) and, you’re humble and well spoken and you talk to peeps as if they’re sitting in your living room.
The result is, you did the instrument and themusicfarm justice with a quality product review.
my compliments.
is the neck as thin as a esp ltd m-300fm HELL NO
nice i love the EMG pickups and the fire like finish
It’s a sick axe, my friend has that same one. I’m gonna grab one.
What is the first song played?
What is the song he play at the begining of the video please?
Sorry for my bad english, i’m french =)
This guitar could sound soo good through a real tube amp…. Why do you use a goddamn line 6? But cool review though an nice guitar
