Information on buying a guitar (start)?

Well, I am only 12, but in reality an electric guitar. I would like to see if oto could get a package that comes with a bag, guitar and amp $ 200 or less. I need information on this type of purchase (Yamaha are heard the cheapest, but most suckiest) and Epiphone but I've heard are great but the cost of a sampling of a lot of money.
