I certainly hope they do not teach how to make web pages with this type encoding. No tag for character encoding, center labels are obsolete and no longer used. tags H1 tags are covered by level and really need to use CSS with the center. The use of break tags so far is not the means to provide space title tags and the first paragraph. I know you're learning, but so is what they teach, you need to unlearn a lot of bad habits.
