@RelaxationII holy fart turds, ignore everyone else about the economy picking thing. Pure alternate picking is like, 10x harder than economy picking. Economy is more or less a good entry into shredding, if not what you end up using at higher speeds since pure alternate is less efficient. Just go straight to it. at 14 notes a second you will never hit pure alternate, its pretty useless except for showing off perfect technique
it’s a RR1 in white with black pinstripes. you can tell by the pearloid inlays on the fretboard which only the US made jacksons have (i own one myself)

@RelaxationII Alternate picking is the BASIS of all kinds of picking, you need to NAIL alternate picking before even trying to economy pick.
