This is a carbon copy of the Line6 Liqua Flange. Not sure which came out first or if they are sharing a patent. Both have way more features then you’ll ever need.
A good way to describe the different polarity switches is that positive sounds like a jetplane and that the negative sounds like a drainpipe.

@TheWinterWolf You lose a lot of lower end with most guitar pedals, however Behringer do sell dedicated bass chorus and flange pedals pretty cheap on their own.

Oi, to all you freaks saying behringer sucks, fyi it doesnt! In the proven cost to quality ratio behringer ranks the highest. I have never had one of these pedals break on me even if i have abused them. The sound quality is good, in some cases better then boss, its just that the retards who pay hundreds of dollars for boss pedals feel ashamed when they realize a $30 behringer does better and they go into denial
