Nice little lesson Susan. And you can’t emphasis enough that you do need to learn/memorize the notes on each fret. It’ll make everything else so much easier to figure out.
@mygad Thanks for checking it out. You are right about knowing the notes on the guitar. Just like I expect my mechanic to be able to name the parts of a car, I expect my students to learn the names of the notes on the guitar. It sure makes learning and expressing the music a lot easier! I hope your playing is going well.

Honestly, this is one of the best lessons i’ve seen on youtube. unlike most people on here, you can actually play the sweeps very cleanly, and you are very knowledgeable. I should probably learn the notes on the guitar =X lol
